En dan is daar hierdie siening: "The Main Benefits of Logging Off: More Time and Productivity: Removing endless scrolling instantly frees up hours every day, which you can redirect into reading, hobbies, exercise, or growing your professional skills.Better Mental Health: Studies show that reducing screen time lowers anxiety, depression, and FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) because you are no longer comparing your real life to others' artificial highlight reels.Improved Sleep: Putting the phone down eliminates stimulating blue light before bed, helping you fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested.Deeper Relationships: Instead of passively keeping up with acquaintances through feeds, you are forced to reach out directly, which fosters more meaningful, high-bandwidth, in-person interactions.Regained Focus: The human brain is taxed by constant context-switching and variable reward systems (likes, comments, notifications). Ditching the apps gives your brain a chance to rest and restores your ability to focus deeply on single tasks"

Ja, Daniël, balans is beslis baie belangrik.
